TMG-Betaine (Trimethylglycine) is an amino acid derivative found in plants, including foods such as broccoli, spinach, and sugar beets. As a supplement, it is said to improve prevention of chronic disease, as well as help maintain liver, heart, and kidney health. It is also used in combination with NMN and Resveratrol for increased anti-aging effects.

Recommended daily dose: up to 1g. Do not exceed.
