CaAKG is short for Calcium Alpha-Ketoglutarate (C5H4CaO5•H2O), and is a form of of mineral calcium. As a supplement, it is said to restore calcium concentration levels in the blood, relieve hyperparathyroidism, and, most importantly, help increase healthspan and lifespan by reducing age-related problems by up to 40%.

Dosing and storage

Recommended daily dose: up to 2g (380mg Ca). Do not exceed this dose. In addition, do not exceed a daily intake of 2g of calcium.

Shelf life: 2 years.

Free measuring spoon included. The spoon holds 0.3g CaAKG and is dishwasher safe. For other products, please note that density may differ and the spoon may hold a different mass.

Store in a cool, dark place. Keep away from children.

What is CaAKG?

CaAKG is short for Calcium Alpha-Ketoglutarate (C5H4CaO5•H2O). It is a special form of mineral calcium that can be used to restore calcium concentration levels in the blood back to their normal state. Calcium Alpha-Ketoglutarate binds excess phosphate and passes it as a waste, re-establishing the normal balance of calcium and phosphate in the body.

How does CaAKG work?

AKG is produced naturally in the body, but, from the age of around 40, this production is substantially reduced. Research indicates that CaAKG helps increase lifespan and healthspan and reduces a range of age-related problems later in life by up to 40%.

CaAKG is known as an anti-aging supplement. It also has benefits for patients with hyperparathyroidism, as it counteracts elevated concentration of phosphate in the blood.
