Alpha-Lipoic Acid is an organic compound found in all human cells. Humans produce it in small amounts only, but it can also be found in foods such as red meat and offals like liver, kidney, and more. As a supplement, it is known to improve blood sugar levels, recude inflammation, counteract skin aging and memory loss, as well as improve nerve function.

Recommended daily dose: up to 1.8g. Do not exceed.

Shelf life: 2 years.

Alpha-lipoic Acid has a tendency for clumping. This would normally be prevented by adding an anti-clumping agent, but we do not want to add such chemicals to our products.

We believe that a better solution is simply to remove the clumps using a fork, spoon, or similar utensil and this way to avoid eating unnecessary chemicals.
