One of the first noticeable effects of anti-aging supplements is a significant increase in energy levels. Many of our customers report that after only 7-10 days of using NMN and Resveratrol (which enhances the effect of NMN), they feel a significant energy boost.

They walk faster, get up from the couch more easily, perform daily work at home with ease, and are more efficient at work. Their posture straightens up, rheumatic pains decrease or often even disappear, and joints become more flexible. They find it easier to cope with life's daily challenges. In addition, they make faster decisions, find better solutions, and feel a better clarity of mind.

A number of our regular customers report that their stamina is significantly higher. This is true during training, at work, at home, or in the garden. They need less breaks and are able to perform major tasks in one go.

Of course, changes in internal organs cannot be assessed this way, but is it not a logical assumption that the rejuvenating effect does not only apply to appearance?

In a study by the School of Medicine at Jiangsu University, China, it was shown that NMN positively influences ovarian aging in mice by effectively regulating mitochondria metabolism. In the study, 40 week old mice were given NMN for 20 weeks.

The results indicate that NMN has the potential to save a diminished ovary reserve via long-term treatment, providing a basis for exploring the role of NMN in ovarian anti-aging terapy by enhancing the mitophagy level of granulosa cells.

A study with the participation of Chongqing Medical University in China found that male participants who took 300mg NMN daily for 90 days showed a doubling of telomere length in blood cells. This is significant since telomere length is considered a molecular gauge for aging.

These findings suggest that orally-ingested NMN in middle age might be an effective strategy to slow aging.

In a new study published in September 2022, Wakino and colleagues from Tokushima University in Japan found that NMN treatment restores essential kidney cells that filter waste (podocytes), and reduces the number of kidney tissue lesions in mice models for kidney disease that resembles natural aging.

NMN increases the activation of a pro-longevity enzyme called Sirtuin-1, reducing kidney cell damage. This is yet another study showing that kidney aging can efficiently be treated with NMN, and that kidney function can be restored.
